Care Suites at The Pines

For our residents facing chronic illness or physical challenges, our care suites offer an additional layer of services.

Care suites combine the same amenities and services available in a home-like setting, with a higher level of skilled nursing care in place. Nurses are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

We offer a wide array of services tailored specifically to your needs. Care suite packages include assistance with daily personal care like dressing, bathing, shaving and other tasks. These services combined with nursing care and amenities can provide ease and a sense of community while supporting residents’ needs and preferences.

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:
  • Shared apartment homes
  • Shared bathroom with walk-in shower or use of the therapeutic tub
  • All utilities except private landline service
  • Basic Wi-Fi throughout common areas
  • All utilities except private landline service
  • Cable television service includes over 100 channels
  • Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs
  • Regular snacks and beverages available
Health Services Package
  • Base Health Care Service Level – $4,870 per month fee
  • Initial health care assessment and ongoing monitoring
  • Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
  • Personal pendant with 24-hour urgency response
  • Assistance with morning and evening activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, transferring, bathroom assistance)
  • Shower assistance weekly
  • Medication administration up to twice daily (Basic, Preferred Pharmacy: up to ten medications)
  • One person transfer assist
  • Escorts within Care Suites
  • Reassurance checks III
  • Monthly vital sign management, reviewed by nursing home staff
  • Weekly housekeeping services with daily trash removal and bed making
  • Three loads of laundry weekly (two personal and one linen)
  • Weekly linen change
  • Additional services available
