Assisted Living at The Pines
Choosing The Pines assisted living allows you to live a fulfilling, independent lifestyle with the support you need. Our assisted living apartments offer independence with support, featuring multiple floor plans to suit your lifestyle. Each apartment home features a full kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. When needed, you can add a la carte services that will be provided by our dedicated, compassionate team.
Our Registered Nurse will provide a personalized assessment prior to you arriving at your new home. A menu of available services includes medication management, assistance with day-to-day needs, and collaboration with your physician.
In addition, our professional culinary staff provide three meals per day available for purchase seven days a week in our dining room. You can also invite your friends and family to join you in our private dining room, with catering available.
Your well-being is our top priority. For your peace of mind, we provide emergency call pendants and have personal care staff on duty 24 hours a day.

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:
- Private apartment homes
- Private bath with grab bars and walk-in shower
- Full–size kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave
- Complimentary washer and dryer on each floor
- Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
- Basic Wi-Fi throughout common areas
- All utilities except private landline service
- Cable television service includes over 100 channels
- Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs
- Blinds on all windows
- Regular snacks and beverages available
- Assistance with transportation scheduling as needed
Health Services Package
- Base Health Care Service Level – $200 per month fee
- Initial health care assessment with individualized care plan
- Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
- Personal pendant with 24-hour urgency response
- Monthly vital sign management, reviewed by nursing staff
- Weekly light housekeeping services
- Additional services available
